Our Process and Techniques
-
Tell us a little about your wedding day plans, where, when, the feeling you're chasing.
We'll follow up with a proposal built around your suite, timeline, and budget.
-
A 40% deposit secures your spot in our design calendar.
Tier 1 has a 6 month lead time. From start to delivery.
Tier 2 requires 8-12 weeks.
Tier 3 is 6-8 weeks.
Most couples book 4–6 months out from their mailing date and earlier for letterpress, multiple inserts, or day-of pieces like menus and place cards.
Once you're booked, you'll get a short questionnaire covering your wedding details, colour instincts, paper preferences, and any language or family traditions you want woven in.
Once we begin sketching, this deposit is no longer refundable, we're already at work.
-
We develop your concept and include you two rounds of refinement to get every line, hue, and finish right, further changes beyond that are billed separately.
Before anything touches a printing press, you'll sign off on a final digital proof: the wording, dates, every guest name checked.
-
The closing 60% is due before production starts, and covers roughly two weeks of production time once it clears. Shipping is quoted separately from your design fee.
This payment is final and non-refundable.
-
Once everything is printed, trimmed, and assembled, we pack it with care and send it to you.
-
With a bespoke package, we can make almost anything.
For the semi-custom package, we can have a set amount of variables but you can also add on extras.Design & typography — custom lettering, monograms, motifs, and original illustration work
Paper & print — stock, weight, print technique (letterpress, foil, emboss, die-cut), and finishing details like wax seals, ribbon ties, and hand-assembly
Colour & palette
Language & layout — Irish, or bilingual for cross-cultural couples
Digital — wedding website, RSVP system, digital save-the-dates

This is a personal option. Some people love the analog feel and creating a keep sake for their guests. Others may have guests invited from further afar and want the ease of digital, and then there’s always the mix of both.
If you’re unsure we can chat through it.
